Is California Fun Jump, Inc. just for home parties?: Not at all. With our Fun Jumps, new line of awesome interactive inflatables, concession machines, carnival games and promotional aids we can outfit a knock out home party, complete carnival, team-building event, fundraiser, company picnic, family reunion, or any other special event.
Are there lots of Fun Jumps to choose from?: Absolutely! We have the largest selection around with over 25 different themes.
Are your units safe?: No question! We have made sure that each of our units has the very latest in safety equipment. From our safety steps on all Fun Jumps to the shade screen on the Tsunami we take great pride in our safety record.
Are you insured?: Yes. California Fun Jump, Inc. carries a full one million dollar liability policy.
What ages are your units good for?: We pride ourselves on having something for everyone. Take a look at our Fun Jumps and Incredible Inflatables pages for more information on recommended ages.
What if there will not be power at my event?: Thats O.K. For a small additional fee California Fun Jump can bring a generator to run our equipment. However, for safety reasons, we cannot allow customers to provide their own generators.

What if it rains?: You can cancel because of weather right up until the time of your party, as long as the driver has not yet set the unit up. Once you've accepted delivery we will collect payment and no refunds or adjustments will be made due to weather. Also, many of our Fun Jumps will accomodate rain covers, which we will be happy to supply at no additional charge.
May I have my event at a City or County Park?: In most cases, yes. California Fun Jump has most all cities and counties in our service area additionaly insured, which puts us on their approved vendor list. Please check with the individual park to find out about specific rules and requirements.
Do you require a deposit?: On Fun Jump rentals, no. However, with our larger interactive inflatables we do require 50% to hold them. If you plan on reserving one of these units please call the office at 1-800-667-5867 for more specific information.
Should I reserve in advance?: Definitely! The earlier you reserve the more choices you have. Interactive Inflatables are very popular and book up quickly so call ASAP to make your reservation. We have lots of Fun Jumps but the popular themes always get snatched up quickly.
What if I have problems during my party?: Never fear. Although we take great care in the set up of each unit, we know that problems can occur. That's why, if we are not in the office, we have an emergency mail box on our voicemail. Simply call the 800 number and follow the directions if no one is there to take your call. We will be paged and contact you immediately to help resolve your problem.
